1. Acceptance

By using NovaxAPI, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

NovaxAPI provides a unified AI model API gateway with OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

3. Account

  • Provide accurate info
  • Keep API keys confidential
  • Responsible for all account activity

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal activities, bypassing limits, unauthorized reselling, or harmful content.

5. Payment

  • Via Stripe or bank transfer
  • Credits in USD, non-transferable
  • Pricing updated with 30 days notice

7. SLA – Uptime

Target: 99.5% monthly uptime. Excludes scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, force majeure.

8. SLA Credits

  • 99.0-99.5%: 5% credit
  • 95.0-99.0%: 10% credit
  • Below 95%: 25% credit

9. Response Times

  • Critical (service down): 1 hour
  • High (degraded): 4 hours
  • Medium: 24 hours
  • Low: 48 hours

10. Invoicing

Auto-generated for Stripe. Bank transfers invoiced within 2 days. All invoices include ABN and comply with Australian tax requirements.

11. Liability

Limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months per Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

You may close anytime. We may suspend for ToS violations.

13. Governing Law

Queensland, Australia.
