1. General Policy

All purchases of API credits are final. Consumed credits cannot be refunded.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Service unavailability: 24+ hours continuous downtime
• Billing errors: Incorrect or duplicate charges
• Unused credits: Within 7 days of purchase, less than 10% used

3. Refund Process

• Email [email protected] with account email and transaction details
• Processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunded to original payment method

4. Non-Refundable

• Consumed API credits
• Accounts terminated for ToS violations
• Promotional or bonus credits

5. Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.

6. Disputes

Escalate through Australian Consumer Law dispute resolution.
